Moscow has described Kyiv and the European capitals supporting it as an 'axis of war', confirming that it does not accept the agreement between these countries to deploy a European peacekeeping force in Ukraine. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova. She noted that the new military statements of the so-called 'coalition of the willing' and the Kyiv regime turn these parties into a 'real center of war', calling their plans 'dangerous' and 'destructive'. Zakharova added that all these units and facilities will be considered legitimate military targets for the Russian armed forces. Russia has also confirmed that it will consider any Western presence in Ukraine a 'legitimate target' for its armed forces.
