As a result of the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine, 205 individuals participated in the exchange. The Russian Ministry of Defense noted that the exchange took place with the participation of the UN and with the support of the ICRC. The prisoners are currently receiving treatment and psychological assistance.
"We value the efforts of all countries that participated in the organization and conduct of this operation," said the representative of the Ministry of Defense.
Details of the exchange and the circumstances of the prisoners are not disclosed due to confidentiality and safety. All participants of the exchange underwent medical examinations, and at this moment are under the observation of specialists.
