On Monday, the TASS agency reported on the statement of the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya.
"New Zealand and the USA proposed two resolutions at the UN Security Council in connection with the events in Afghanistan. The most aggressive proposals came from New Zealand," Nebenzya noted.
