
Today, Russia announced the occupation of the town of Vozdvizhenka in the Donetsk People's Republic, as detailed by the Ministry of Defense from Moscow. During the last day of fighting, losses for Kiev amounted to about 1,400 soldiers.
"Russian air defense intercepted three projectiles from the American Himars multiple launch rocket system and 66 drones," reported the Russian ministry, according to the Sputnik news agency.
Russian forces, supported by aviation, unmanned aircraft, and artillery, attacked the infrastructure of military airfields, troop concentrations, and Ukrainian military equipment in 143 areas.
On the other hand, units of the Russian northern forces struck Ukrainian personnel and military equipment of a National Guard brigade and a group of mercenaries in the areas of the towns of Volchansk and Malyie Prokhodi, in the Kharkov region.
According to Moscow, the Russian western forces improved their position along the front line and struck Ukrainian personnel and military equipment from four mechanized brigades in various towns in Kharkov and the Donetsk People's Republic.
In the clashes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 430 soldiers and various military equipment, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and vans. The destruction of an electronic warfare station and an artillery ammunition depot by Russian troops was also reported.
