Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed on Friday that he has received the peace plan for Ukraine developed by the United States and stated that the document can serve as a basis for a 'definitive' peaceful settlement. 'We have this text, we received it through the existing communication channels with the US Administration,' the Kremlin head said at the start of a video conference with members of the Russian Security Council.
