
Moscow - The Russian news agency reported on Wednesday that the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergei Naryshkin, and the director of the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), John Ratcliffe, had a phone call on Tuesday.
The TASS agency reported that the two men agreed to continue regular communication aimed at ensuring stability and global security. They also agreed to lower the level of tension in relations between Moscow and Washington.
