Moscow, May 7. The Kremlin confirmed on Tuesday that Russia will respond if other countries allow Ukraine to use its airspace to launch drone attacks on Russian ports in the Baltic region. Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman, told reporters: «If airspace is provided to carry out hostile or terrorist activities against the Russian Federation, this will force us to draw the appropriate conclusions and take corresponding measures». Peskov also stated that work is underway to secure vital infrastructure, but it is impossible to guarantee 100% protection of facilities from «terrorist attacks». He added that the Russian army is closely monitoring the situation and providing recommendations to the Kremlin based on its analysis.
