The Kremlin confirmed on Thursday that a decision was made to resume dialogue with Washington "on all issues." This statement was made following the delegation of the U.S. led by Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland's meeting with representatives of the Russian government in Moscow. Nuland described the meeting as constructive: "We discussed a wide range of issues. There were many that require discussion." The sides discussed military issues, as well as topics related to cybersecurity and other problems associated with bilateral relations. According to American diplomats, these talks were an important step toward continuing strategic dialogue between the two countries.
