She says: "The beneficial dietary substances for the organism at the end of autumn include oats, bananas, fruits, beans, lentils, engineer, fatty fish, beef, nuts, because they contain vitamins from groups B, D, C, as well as elements like calcium, potassium, iron, and magnesium, deficiencies of which can lead to weakness and loss of vitality."

The doctor recommends consuming products rich in vitamin C during this time of year, but this does not only pertain to citrus fruits but also fruits and juices made from them. At the same time, one should limit sugar consumption in drinks, as it weakens the immune system and replace it with honey, which has general strengthening and invigorating properties. She says: "Ripe vegetables and fruits are beneficial in the cold season, as they contain many antioxidants."
