He took a deep breath and counted: "One, two, three," before Sabarina quickly zipped the bag shut and said, "Let's go!". But within two seconds, Stas let out a choked scream, saying "Mommy," and Sabarina opened the bag. The boy emerged with a smile, thumbs up, as he caught his breath in the fresh air. The mother, seeking fame, explained that the family was bored after her son was sick and absent from school, which prompted her to post the video to get "likes." However, the result was the opposite, as followers accused her of endangering the child's life. The video clip sparked widespread outrage on social media, with activists accusing the mother of endangering the child and warning that the plastic vacuum bag could have killed the boy in seconds. 36-year-old influencer Anna Sabarina is currently under investigation by the police and child protection authorities after posting a video on social media. Police began an investigation into the blogger's video after it was discovered during routine online content monitoring, police said. A spokesperson for the Saratov region police told the Russian news agency Novosti: "A video was detected showing a woman potentially committing illegal acts against her minor son, exposing him to danger." Authorities promised to conduct a legal assessment of the mother's behavior, as well as a review by child protection agencies. Sabarina, who has thousands of followers and millions of views, deleted the video just minutes after the news of the investigation appeared on the regional police's Telegram channel. The penalties the mother could face include imprisonment for up to five years and a fine of up to half a million rubles ($25,000).
