Fire at Primorsk Port After Drone Attack

Russian authorities reported Monday morning that a fire broke out at the Russian port of Primorsk following a drone attack on the Leningrad region near the Finnish border. Leningrad Governor Alexander Drozdenko said on Telegram that more than 50 drones were destroyed overnight in the skies over the Leningrad region, located in northwestern Russia. It was previously reported that a 'fuel tank was damaged in the port of Primorsk, leading to a fire,' and that workers had been evacuated. This port is located in the Baltic Sea between the Finnish border and the city of St. Petersburg. Despite previous reports of Ukrainian attacks in Leningrad, the region is not considered a major front in the Russian war.
