In a statement published on his social media, Díaz-Canel expressed his intention to participate in the commemorative events that will take place in Russia in honor of the anniversary of the victory over Nazism. On the other hand, Chinese President Xi Jinping also confirmed his trip to Russia next week to participate in this historical commemoration. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Jinping will attend the military parade that will take place in Moscow, as part of the scheduled ceremonies to commemorate the victory of the Red Army over Nazi Germany.
