Moscow. According to the French Press agency, on Thursday a representative of the Southern Military District stated that the KND RF sent additional troops to Russia, some of which were deployed on the border in the Kursk region in advance, on the border with Ukraine.

"The Korean People's Democratic Republic, after a period of about a month of relative calm, has once again redeployed its troops along the front lines in Kursk... It seems that part of the additional troops have already been deployed," said the representative of the national intelligence agency in Seoul, adding that "the exact scale of the operation is still under assessment."

Previously, the Southern and Western intelligence agencies reported that more than 10,000 North Korean soldiers had been sent to Russia last year.
