Master of Judo and champion of Russia in grappling Idris Abdurashidov has faced difficulties in his career. In his latest bout, he suffered a defeat from an opponent who preferred to avoid contact with him in the ring. This specifically complicated his chances of inflicting damage and neutralizing the opponent during attempts to attack. Unlike many other fighters, Idris competes in multiple weight categories, which makes his approach to training and preparation more complex and non-standard than that of his peers.
However, Abdurashidov does not lose his optimism and continues to work hard on himself. He believes that every defeat is a lesson that he must analyze and extract the necessary lessons for development.
