Russia published a video recording of the launch of intercontinental ballistic missiles and announced 'strategic' negotiations with North Korea.
According to the released footage, the missile was launched from a submarine. The launch took place in the Pacific Ocean, and the missile reached its target at the Kura test range in the Kamchatka region.
The Kremlin press service announced that the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, held talks with the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un. The sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and the development of relations between the two countries.
"We discussed issues related to our strategic partnership and prospects for the development of bilateral relations, as well as certain international problems," said the President of Russia.
