This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Defense of Russia in the early hours on Sunday. The subdivisions of the Armed Forces acted actively and effectively, preventing possible attempts by the opponent to penetrate the airspace. According to the statement of the representative of the department, "drones of various types and purposes were destroyed, which were sent to carry out reconnaissance missions into the state border." In its statement, the Ministry emphasized that such provocations will have their consequences, and further attempts to violate the airspace of the country will be immediately suppressed.
