Zakharova also noted that Kyiv and its Western allies systematically spread disinformation to divert attention from their own actions. She called on the international community to ignore such provocative statements and rely on facts. The Foreign Ministry spokeswoman added that Russia is open to dialogue but will not tolerate unfounded accusations.
