Russia's Ministry of Transport stated on Wednesday that Ukrainian Navy drones were responsible for an attack on the Russian gas carrier 'Arctic Methane', causing a fire on board in the Mediterranean Sea on Tuesday. The ministry added that the attack constitutes an 'international terrorist act' and that all 30 crew members, Russian nationals, are safe. Ukraine's Security Service did not respond to a request for comment sent on Tuesday.
