Kremlin Agrees With Trump's Assessment on Zelenskyy

The Kremlin said on Thursday that it agrees with US President Donald Trump's view that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is the one hindering a potential peace deal to end the war in Ukraine, not Moscow. The Kremlin warned Ukraine on Thursday that the window for negotiations with Russia to end the war, which has been ongoing for about four years, is narrowing, calling on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to take a firm stance on the efforts led by the United States. The United States relaunched indirect talks between Kyiv and Moscow in the fall, in an attempt to reach an agreement to end the war. He added: 'It is time for Zelenskyy to take responsibility and make the right decision'.
