He added that both sides reviewed documents previously submitted by the United States and agreed not to disclose the essence of the talks, according to a Xinhua news agency cable summarizing all information from Moscow. The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, stated that there are still pending issues regarding the peace plan for Ukraine following his meeting with U.S. envoys at the Kremlin. 'There were some disagreements, and we discussed them, but it is a difficult task,' Putin said in an interview with India Today on Thursday, as cited by TASS. Putin affirmed that the talks were necessary and concrete, adding that the United States proposed 27 points, divided into four packages for discussion.
