The governor of Russia's northern Vologda region, Georgy Filimonov, said on Saturday that three Ukrainian drones targeted a substation in the region overnight. This was reported in the governor's official Telegram channel. According to him, the attack disrupted power supply to several settlements. Restoration work is currently underway.
