Since September, North Korea has sent nearly five thousand of its soldiers to Russia to participate in «infrastructure rebuilding». According to analysts, this mission may be aimed at helping Moscow restore damaged facilities in Ukraine. International observers note that Pyongyang is seeking to strengthen strategic ties with Moscow by providing both military specialists and civilian workers to address infrastructure challenges.
