Russia has announced the successful testing of a super-powerful nuclear torpedo complex called 'Poseidon'. The tests were carried out in accordance with the plan, confirming the weapon's functionality. The 'Poseidon' complex is designed to strike enemy naval bases and aircraft carrier groups. Development has been underway since 2015. The complex is expected to be put into service in the coming years.
