The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia stated on its Telegram channel about Russia's readiness to work on the politically regulated situation caused by the terrorist act, committed on April 22 in the Bahalgam area of the Daalin Kashmir, given the mutual willingness from Islamabad and New Delhi. In its statement, the Ministry rejected that Lavrov's conversation with Daram 'gave special attention to significantly increasing the tension between New Delhi and Islamabad.' According to the words of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed on Sunday with his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi the situation around Kashmir and proposed Russia's assistance in regulating the discrepancies between Pakistan and India. Lavrov's conversation with Qureshi took place two days after his communication with the Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in New Delhi.
