
The Kremlin announced on Tuesday that telephone conversations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Donald Trump have concluded. Official Russian media reported that the talks focused primarily on the American plan for a settlement in Ukraine.
According to a statement by Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, distributed by the TASS agency, "the talks have been completed."
"We officially confirm the end of the conversations," - quotes TASS the words of Peskov.
The discussions between the leaders of Russia and the USA were oriented, first and foremost, on discussing the situation around Ukraine and the American initiative on conflict resolution.
