According to a statement from the Kremlin on Monday, Russia is considering the restoration of relations with the USA as a long and complicated process. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation noted that "the restoration of bilateral ties is under question in connection with the temperature of dialogue." In addition, he emphasized that Moscow is interested in establishing a positive working channel with Washington. He noted that the start of the process of normalizing relations may be driven by the necessity to resolve a number of international problems and challenges.
