On Monday, the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, stated that Moscow has no plans to cease military actions in Ukraine.
During his speech, Lavrov said: "We are talking about this openly to make it clear to our partners in Western Europe and in other countries that we are not going to stop fighting in Ukraine."
In addition to this, he added that Russia listens to recommendations and criticism from other states, but maintains its own understanding of the situation on the ground.
