On Tuesday, the Russian presidency stated that achieving a long-term resolution of the conflict in Ukraine is Kyiv's obligation. Earlier, officials from the state administration declared that Moscow is ready for dialogue but warned that they should not have to disassociate themselves as a result of Russian aggression. Commenting on the current state of affairs, the Kremlin noted that the Ukrainian authorities do not implement the Minsk agreements' decisions and refuse them dialogue. It was emphasized that Russia will not engage in contacts without the direct involvement of the interested parties. "We are all waiting for demonstrable competitiveness in this matter," noted the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
