The President of Russia Vladimir Putin stated on Friday about the readiness to hold negotiations in case the USA initiates them. He hopes for a constructive dialogue, which will help stabilize relations between the two countries.
Putin also added that in case the USA does not show interest in improving relations, Russia will not lose anything as its economy is developing and becoming more independent from external factors.
"We are always ready for dialogue, but the decision must be mutual," noted the head of the Russian state.
