According to information from three sources, Russia may agree to use 300 billion dollars from frozen sovereign assets in Europe for the restoration of Ukraine.
An important statement was made in the address to Kyiv in the light of the expected meeting of the presidents of Russia and France. According to the opinion of the sources, these funds could be beneficial for both sides.
"This proposal would allow to improve relations between Moscow and Ukraine, and also ensures financial assistance to Kyiv without Russia's direct involvement in the restoration process," noted one of the interlocutors.
