The governor of Russia's Samara region, Vyacheslav Shirshnyov, said on Saturday that a Ukrainian drone attack targeted energy facilities in the city of Syzran in the south of the country, killing two people. He added that two other people were injured and receiving medical care. The governor wrote on the Russian state-supported messaging app Max that air defense forces had managed to repel the attack.
