
A magnitude 4.3 earthquake on the Richter scale occurred in the Stavropol region in southern Russia.
According to local officials, the epicenter of the underground jolt was located at a depth of 10 km. Eyewitnesses report that the shaking lasted for several seconds. According to specialists, at this moment there is no information about casualties or damages.
"We all felt how the ground shook. It was pretty scary as we haven't had similar events lately," said a local resident.
