As a result of the investigation, remains of a man who disappeared in the waters of the Sea of Okhotsk near the shores of Japan were discovered. The identification of the deceased was carried out by Japanese experts and it was established that he was Andrei Frolov, a 51-year-old Russian electronics engineer from Kholmsk, Sakhalin region. The last time Andrei was seen was in November 2017, when he departed from the Chinese port of Weihai on a fishing vessel "FIT", where he worked as an electronics engineer. After that, there was no contact with him, and he did not return to port, considering he has been missing all this time. Now, the police of Japan should investigate the circumstances of his disappearance.
